Goods sold are non-refundable but if it is a faulty item then it is allowed to exchange.

1) Contact us via email/WhatsApp to inform the product's condition upon receipt.
2) The faulty product must be delivered to our Cheras office.
3) Delivery costs/claim/return/repair covered by the customer.
4) Printed shipping label will be required as proof of purchase.

Warranty claims which do not fulfil the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.

If your goods/product have quality problems please contact us within 3 days of received of goods/product date together with pictures of the defect good(s). Kindly make sure the items are in the same condition you received them. We will not be held responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
